Rust-Oleum Chalked Ultra Matte: drying and recoat times

Rust-Oleum Chalked Ultra Matte is a paint. Its technical data sheet lists touch, handle and recoat times.

The times are based on 77°F (25°C) and 50% relative humidity. The sheet says to allow more time at cooler temperatures.

The technical data sheet says the paint dries to the touch in 30 minutes and to handle in 1 hour. It may be recoated after 2 hours.
